what we're eating

As you know I'm on a quest to eat well. Thank you for your suggestions you've sent in! I really appreciate all you're help. So I thought I'd return the favor and let you know what has been a success from the recent weeks and whatever I can actually find online for you. I crave cook books and have a wish list I dream about. Do you have one as well?

Last night I made this crazy good chili with baked potatoes for Jesse boy. http://theclothesmakethegirl.com/2009/02/22/my-favorite-chili-recipe/

I really loved this dish: http://againstallgrain.com/2012/07/28/toddler-approved-vegetables-easy-vegetable-curry/ with non gmo, short grain brown rice from Costco. Except I don't see this rice at our Costco and I'm sort of freaking out for when our supply goes out. What do I do?!
